Thank you for shopping with Nuclear Sports! We aim to provide reliable and affordable delivery of cricket and hockey equipment throughout South Africa.

1. Delivery within South Africa

We offer nationwide delivery to eligible addresses within South Africa.

Our standard shipping rates are:

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery times

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Customers will receive an order confirmation and, where available, delivery or tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

4. Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery on orders of R5,000 or more within eligible South African delivery areas.

The qualifying amount is calculated after any discounts and before delivery charges.

5. Free collection from our shop

Customers may select free collection during checkout where available.

Our shop is located in Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please wait for collection confirmation before visiting the shop.

Customers may be asked to provide their order number or proof of purchase when collecting.

6. Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Please ensure that your contact number, street address, suburb and postal code are correct.

If a delivery fails because incorrect information was supplied, additional courier charges may apply where legally permissible.

7. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or potentially defective product, contact Nuclear Sports as soon as possible.

Where possible, please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assist in resolving the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

8. Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

We will assist with delivery issues and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

9. International shipping

International shipping is not currently offered through our online checkout.

Customers outside South Africa may contact us to enquire about possible arrangements.
